The Original BeaterBlade from New Metro Design is always made in the USA. This patented Wing-Blade technology virtually eliminates the need for hand-scraping the bowl and pushes ingredients down to the dimple, in the bottom of the bowl, thoroughly combining all ingredients, 50% faster. The Original BeaterBlade replaces the flat beater that comes with most stand mixers.

To achieve a fluffy, aerated mixture (think creamed butter and sugar), beat at a higher speed. To achieve a smooth, thick mixture (think cheese cake), beat at lower speed. Use the BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to transfer every bit of batter into the pan.

KA-6LR BeaterBlades are compatible with most KitchenAid 6 or 7 Quart Bowl-Lift stand mixers; however, it does NOT work with 6 Quart Glass Bowls, the Professional 6000 Series mixers with narrow flared/tulip bowls or the F-Series glass bowl. Do not operate BeaterBlade in an empty mixing bowl.

The Original BeaterBlade is always made in the USA, the frame is made from high impact plastic, and the flexible plastic blades are free of rubber, silicone, and Teflon. Dishwasher safe for convenience and quick clean-up!

When purchasing the BeaterBlade, ensure it is the right size for your KitchenAid 6 or 7 Quart Bowl-Lift mixer with a stainless steel bowl. If your stand mixer bowl measures 9.5-inches in diameter across the top of the bowl, this is the correct BeaterBlade to purchase. The KA-6L model does NOT work with 6 Quart Glass Bowls, the Professional 6000 Series mixer with narrow flared/tulip bowls, or the F-Series glass bowl.

The BeaterBlade pushes food down, not out of the mixer, and scrapes the bowl all the way to the dimple, cutting mixing time by 50%. It can be used as a hand-held spatula to transfer batter, but should not be used in an empty bowl.
